Description

You will lead the planning and execution of pilot programs for cloud-based medical software across healthcare facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute pilot tests within selected healthcare environments.
• Develop detailed deployment plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor software performance, usability, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs to the development team.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure integration with existing infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in deployment or pilot program execution.
• Proven experience in creating and managing deployment plans.
• Ability to perform system configurations and optimizations.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and software configurations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work directly with end-users and IT stakeholders.
