Description

You will configure and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and configuration of PingFederate and PingAccess.
• Integrate SSO using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID protocols.
• Automate tasks using Ansible, Python, or Shell Scripts.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and API interactions related to Ping One.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IAM (Web Access Management) experience on large, complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with PingFederate and PingAccess configuration.
• Knowledge of LDAP servers, specifically PingDirectory and PingDirectoryProxy.
• Experience supporting IAM integration with various ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for Change, Incident, Problem, and Release Management.
• Understanding of load balancing, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Python, and Shell Scripting.
• Basic understanding of SSL handshakes, encryption, and certificates.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
