Description

You will engineer, configure, and administer Ping Identity products to support business identity and access management requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingAccess to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices.
• Implement and manage core IAM concepts including federation, SSO, and MFA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience engineering and administering Ping Identity products.
• In-depth knowledge of CIAM architecture and Identity & Access Management components.
• Hands-on experience with authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, OAuth2, WebAuthn.
• Proficiency with directory and authentication services: LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos.
• Experience with DevOps frameworks, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale identity federation implementations.
• Strong background in security compliance and protocol standards.
