Description

You will manage identity authentication systems and support SSO integrations within a hybrid environment, owning production support for authentication services, certificate renewals, and production implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute SSO integrations and provide ongoing production support for authentication services.
• Manage operational activities including certificate renewals and production implementations.
• Perform testing on environments following successful POCs to ensure stability.
• Solve complex operational problems independently without constant supervision.
• Collaborate with integration teams, operations, application owners, and project management to transition new use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SSO and authentication using various tools and products.
• 2+ years of recent experience with the Ping Suite, specifically PingFederate, PingID, and PingAccess.
• Deep knowledge of protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Web SSO, WSFED, and WS-Trust.
• Proficiency in Splunk log analysis for troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience implementing multi-factor authentication solutions.
