Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions for large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design discussions with multiple stakeholders to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
• Design and configure fine-grained access control policies within the PlainID admin console to meet business requirements.
• Guide teams through the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Policy Authorization Agents on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Integrate PBAC solutions with MuleSoft API gateway, Workday, databases, LDAP systems, and Secret Management using REST APIs.
• Direct teams in the automated testing of implemented security policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a solution architect implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes Container Platforms.
• Proficiency with REST API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of Workday, Databases, and LDAP systems.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience specifically implementing PlainID or PBAC solutions.
