Description

You will serve as a Plaintiffs Class Action Attorney in this remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of class action litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and appeals.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members on case strategy and management.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage assigned cases independently while maintaining clear communication within a remote team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer or class action law.
• Hold current California Bar membership in good standing.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in employment class actions is a plus.
