Description

You will manage and litigate plaintiffs class action cases in California from a remote setting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of class action litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and appeals.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members on case strategy and management.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage assigned cases independently while maintaining clear communication within a remote team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer or class action law.
• Current California Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in employment class actions.
