Description

Design, configure, and deploy Planisware solutions to meet specific client organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy Planisware applications and oversee feature upgrades to ensure minimal user disruption.
• Translate business requirements into system designs and functional implementations.
• Provide Hypercare support and incident management to superusers following deployments.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify and implement process enhancements using Planisware capabilities.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience working with Planisware.
• Proven experience in Planisware software implementation.
• Knowledge of portfolio and project management within the Planisware ecosystem.
• Computer programming experience, preferably object-oriented.
• Working knowledge of database management and/or Linux.
• Familiarity with ITIL support processes and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel both domestically within the US and internationally.
