Description
Manage project scheduling and workflow planning for industrial construction projects in Evansville, IN.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams in interactive planning sessions to develop workflow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans.
Integrate planning information into the schedule to verify alignment with client expectations.
Prepare and maintain craft loading plans, physical percent complete, craft productivity, and key commodity curves.
Analyze resource loading and craft productivity for potential impacts on the project schedule.
Manage planning and scheduling interfaces between clients, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and owners.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience using Primavera 6 scheduling.
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 (V 15.1 or later) including activity coding, resource loading, multiple schedules, baselines, and data import/exports.
Experience managing multi-site employers and remote workforces.
Ability to perform routine site walks to monitor progress and update schedules.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Evansville, IN.
Provide expert support for proposal development.
Preferred Skills
Previous work experience in the construction industry.
Scheduling experience in semiconductor, pharma, oil & gas, or other mechanical process industries.
