Description

Lead the design, development, and support of IBM Planning Analytics models and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and improve IBM Planning Analytics models.
• Develop and optimize planning rules and processes for data transformation.
• Support and improve the financial month-end close process.
• Manage multiple offshore developers and coordinate with IBM support groups.
• Gather end-user requirements, build specifications, and provide global user training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with TM1/IBM Planning Analytics development.
• Advanced knowledge of the IBM Planning Analytics platform and industry best practices.
• Expertise in creating TI rules and processes for data management.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Planning Analytics business model and application development.
• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics for Excel and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain management.
• Ability to manage projects and project plans within stated timelines.
• 10+ years of industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
