You will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and FP&A processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full life-cycle implementations using Oracle Planning Cloud (EPBCS), covering Financial, Workforce, Capex, and Projects planning.
• Manage internal and external data and metadata interfaces across Oracle Cloud modules including ERP, HCM, and SCM.
• Lead project resources across both onsite and offshore locations.
• Apply functional knowledge of FP&A processes within accounting, finance, or budgeting functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Planning and Essbase.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud EPM (EPBCS).
• 5+ years of EPM functional knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with EPM Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS).
• Practical knowledge of EPM cross-modules including Consolidation Cloud, Account Reconciliation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
• Experience delivering at least two large-scale, full life-cycle implementations.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Background working in accounting, finance, or budgeting environments.
• Ability to work across Oracle Cloud ecosystems (ERP, HCM, SCM).
