Description

You will own the technical delivery of Planon IWMS/CAFM solutions, ensuring system stability and seamless integration with enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between Planon and external enterprise systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and database issues to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, upgrades, and configuration changes following ITIL incident and change management processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in application support or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Planon IWMS or CAFM tools.
• Strong SQL knowledge for database querying, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Understanding of API architectures and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
