Description

You will drive plant equipment reliability through the implementation of Maintenance Excellence, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and reliability-centered maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations to prevent injuries.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance processes to drive machine uptime, improve OEE, and lower operational costs.
• Manage the maintenance department, including personnel training, skill development, and technical proficiency.
• Scope and execute capital projects, manage department spend, and participate in annual plant budgeting.
• Perform root cause analysis on critical equipment failures to identify countermeasures and prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in failure analysis and root cause analysis techniques such as FMEA, 5 Whys, or ATS.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements related to in-house equipment.
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, lubrication, and predictive maintenance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing technical solutions to improve equipment reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within TPM or Reliability-focused environments.
• Prior experience utilizing CMMS for maintenance management.
