You will own plant equipment reliability and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment reliability through Maintenance Excellence, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance processes.
• Lead plant compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations to prevent injuries.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance to drive machine uptime, improve OEE, and lower operational costs.
• Manage the maintenance department, including personnel training, skill development, and technical proficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on critical equipment failures to identify countermeasures and prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading a plant maintenance department in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven track record in failure analysis using FMEA, 5 Whys, or ATS.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements for in-house equipment.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, and predictive maintenance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
• Experience in project management, cost optimization, and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within TPM or reliability-focused environments.
• Prior experience utilizing CMMS for maintenance management.
