Description

You will provide onsite technical support for end-user computing environments at a plant location in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
• Provide direct touch support for end-user devices.
• Maintain and resolve Windows-based operating system issues.
• Support end-user computing infrastructure on-site.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with End User Computing (EUC).
• Proficiency in laptop and desktop hardware support.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to provide physical touch support for hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
