Description

Lead all plant operations including production, quality assurance, maintenance, warehousing, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality assurance, maintenance, warehousing, and safety functions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet production goals and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and OSHA requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage plant budgets and capital expenses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a plant-level management role.
• Expertise in SQF, HACCP, and GMPs.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing large-scale production and multi-shift operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead large teams using a data-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
