Description

You will manage and maintain the Google Contact Center AI Platform (CCAIP) infrastructure and GCP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CCAIP infrastructure, including configuration, reporting, and core feature functionality.
• Administer GCP infrastructure, covering networking, security, access control, and compliance.
• Orchestrate integrations of telephony and digital chat systems to ensure stable communication.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and respond to off-hours production incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing production environments at scale in cloud settings.
• Hands-on experience with CCAIP and GCP infrastructure.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting platform and cloud-related issues.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
• Background in Conversational AI, telecommunications, networking, or contact centers.
• Ability to integrate GCP services with existing systems.
• BE/BTech degree.
