Description

You will design and manage the architecture for Dynamics 365 systems, overseeing end-to-end implementation and technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions using standard design patterns.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and conduct technical design reviews.
• Develop technical solutions tailored to specific environment needs, budgets, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and identify potential project risks.
• Manage customization, configuration, and integration aspects of the D365 ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, and Contact Center modules.
• Proficiency in PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas, and Custom Pages).
• Hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
