Description

You will architect and maintain the enterprise platform blueprint that standardizes Devin operations across all Mercedes-Benz repositories. You own the integration between Devin and core enterprise systems, including Git providers, SSO/SAML, MCP servers, and CI/CD pipelines. You define coding standards, security patterns, and configuration inheritance policies to ensure consistent session behavior organization-wide.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the three-tier blueprint hierarchy for standardizing Devin operations across enterprise repositories.
• Architect integrations with Git providers, SSO/SAML, MCP servers, CI/CD pipelines, and secret managers.
• Define coding standards, environment configurations, and security patterns enforced across all Devin sessions.
• Establish best practices for playbook design, skill development, and knowledge note curation for enterprise implementation.
• Serve as the primary technical contact with Cognition AI engineering for architecture discussions and feature requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a platform or infrastructure architect role.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Platform Administration, and Cloud Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in API Design, SSO/SAML implementation, and secure Git workflows.
• Experience managing RBAC, secrets management, and configuration inheritance across multi-tenant environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML developer tools, LLM-based code generation, and MCP/tool-use architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools, event-driven integration patterns, and webhooks.
