Description

Design and architect ServiceNow IRM solutions, owning the end-to-end solution scope and implementation strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scope IRM solutions using industry best practices, including entity scoping exercises and optimal client approach discussions.
• Configure IRM portals, policies, risks, audit test plans, vendor contracts, and operational reports.
• Develop solution architecture leveraging ServiceNow IRM products, forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, and business rules.
• Conduct environment analyses to define integration strategies with external systems.
• Apply hands-on development skills for policies, controls, risk frameworks, and audit test plans within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
• Minimum 4 years specifically in the IRM Architect role.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Integrations to external systems.
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRC product offerings and interrelationships between IRM, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, and AngularJS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps configurations.
