Description

You will design enterprise-wide application architecture and technology strategies aligned with business goals. You own the translation of ambiguous requirements into sound technical designs and platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate architecture standards, design principles, and common solution patterns.
• Develop technical roadmaps and blueprints to bridge tactical needs with strategic architecture goals.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to improve technology governance, risk, and compliance delivery.
• Research emerging technologies to recommend cost-effective solutions for system design and disaster recovery.
• Mentor engineering teams on architectural standards, deployment processes, and tool usage.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Application Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture using the Kafka platform.
• Experience with data warehousing and analytics utilizing the Snowflake platform.
• Hands-on experience with standardized application deployments on AWS.
• Strong skills in Visio for technical diagramming and documentation.
• Deep understanding of data management and enterprise service design.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience processing global financial transactions.
• Specialized knowledge of Financial Market and Financial Services industries.
