You will own the technical direction and end-to-end architecture for the Developer Experience platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for SDKs, templates, portals, and DevSecOps workflows.
• Establish golden paths for service delivery, including scaffolding standards and platform guardrails.
• Own technical standards for GitOps patterns, environment promotion, and versioned assets.
• Drive non-functional requirements: security-by-default, observability-by-default, and testability-by-default.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend, DevOps, security, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
• Strong domain knowledge of Wire payments processing, including ACH, FedWire, and RTP file formats.
• Experience designing Internal Developer Portals, service catalogs, and scaffolding workflows.
• Proficiency with Cloud-Native Architecture, specifically the Kubernetes operating model and Helm-based delivery patterns.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and standardization using Terraform module strategies.
• Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps operating models, including pipeline governance and release strategies.
• Familiarity with observability standards, including OpenTelemetry concepts and SLO/SLA alignment.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, and GitOps.
