Description

Define and build core platform architecture for ServiceNow environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations connecting to ServiceNow using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform configurations and customizations within ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog and Incident management.
• Manage and configure IT Service Management processes and tool administration.
• Support application rollouts, transitions, and platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in platform architecture or administration.
• 3-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow versions: Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kingston.
• Proficiency in Java scripting (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using REST API and SOAP API.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Experience developing in the Service Portal using Catalog development.
• Experience as a System Administrator, Architect, or Programmer Analyst.
• ITIL V2/V3 Certification.
