Description

You will own the architecture and maintenance of the Customer Data Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CDP data models, schemas, and tracking standards.
• Manage identity resolution, profiles, and data governance across the platform.
• Configure CDP sources, destinations, and integrations.
• Build and optimize audiences and activation workflows.
• Monitor data quality, platform health, and resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in MarTech, data platforms, or analytics.
• 3+ years hands-on CDP experience (Segment, Tealium, mParticle).
• Strong experience in event tracking, schemas, and identity resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and APIs.
• Experience with server-side tracking, data quality, and platform operations.
• Knowledge of privacy, consent, and compliance.
• Experience with ETL, SQL, JSON, APIs, CI/CD, MarTech, Data Platforms, Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with warehouse-native CDPs and Reverse ETL.
• Familiarity with marketing/analytics platforms.
