Description

Design and build ServiceNow platform solutions with a deep focus on ITSM architecture and AI Agent development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced AI Agents for ServiceNow, including contextual reasoning and escalation logic.
• Implement Now Assist for ITSM, covering incident summarization, case deflection, intelligent routing, and Virtual Agent integration.
• Build platform components using Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and ACLs.
• Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance, upgrades, and best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST APIs, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM architecture, operations, and the ServiceNow data model.
• Proven experience designing AI Agents on ServiceNow beyond standard Now Assist capabilities.
• Strong development skills in Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, and ACLs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST APIs and MID Server.
• Understanding of CMDB, ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), and platform governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven integration patterns.
