Description

Key Skillset :-

• Architecture experience with portals, self-service platforms, BPM/workflow (Pega experience preferred) and orchestration technologies
• Ability to design reusable services/components supporting multiple channels and regions
• Strong understanding of integration patterns across customer-facing, workflow and core insurance platforms
• Experience evaluating architecture trade-offs, dependencies and platform boundaries

Role Definition :-

• Shape technical discovery across self-service, workflow automation and orchestration
• Identify platform boundaries, integration points and architecture decisions for Inception exploration
• Review materials for sufficient coverage of reusable services and regional/core-platform integration
