Define application architecture and deliver high-quality code for data engineering solutions across the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture and create high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality code for specific modules.
• Lead validation for all testing types and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
• Collaborate with teams to elicit requirements and define system designs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hadoop distributed frameworks and the Hadoop ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience using Spark to handle large-scale big data.
• 2+ years of experience with Scala or Python.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and any RDBMS.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of AWS development experience.
• Experience with DevOps and driving automations.
