Description

Migrate SaaS workloads from VMware to OpenStack and manage the underlying cloud infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate SaaS workloads from VMware to OpenStack environments.
• Implement and manage networking configurations using OVS and OVN.
• Develop platform tooling and services using Go and Python.
• Manage cloud infrastructure stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go programming.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols and tools.
• Practical knowledge of OVS (Open vSwitch) and OVN.
• Experience with OpenStack migrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
