Description

Support Azure-hosted .NET applications, SQL databases, and SSIS jobs while maintaining system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues for .NET apps, SQL Server, and Windows services to restore service within defined timelines.
• Monitor application performance, server health, and alert systems to ensure high availability.
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Support deployment activities including code migrations, configuration updates, and software releases.
• Maintain accurate documentation for support procedures, known errors, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting .NET applications.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SSIS-based environments.
• Experience with Azure virtual machines and Windows Server support.
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, server health checks, and operational alert systems.
• Understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, and production support processes.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and participate in on-call support activities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional development, QA, and business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for complex bugs.
