Job Responsibilities include:

Design, build, and optimize enterprise search platforms using Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Apache Lucene to deliver scalable and high-performance search capabilities.

Develop and maintain indexing strategies, search relevance models, semantic search, hybrid search, and vector search solutions to improve search accuracy and user experience.

Implement and support distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and platform services using Kubernetes, Kafka, and modern infrastructure technologies.

Develop automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployment, performance, and operational efficiency of search platforms.

Collaborate with application, data, and engineering teams to integrate search capabilities into enterprise applications and services.

Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvements in scalability, reliability, and search effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

6–8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Search Engineering, DevOps, or Distributed Systems development.

Strong expertise in Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Apache Lucene, including search relevance tuning, indexing strategies, semantic search, hybrid search, and vector search implementations.

Proven experience with Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native platform engineering for building scalable, high-performance distributed systems
