You will build and maintain AI-driven platform solutions within a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Contact Center AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate AI-driven virtual agents and natural language processing solutions into customer service workflows.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Contact Center AI tools to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and scale cloud-based infrastructure to support AI-driven applications, ensuring high availability.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI models and updates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in GCP services including Dialogflow, Contact Center AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD Pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize AI performance.
