Description

You will design, build, and maintain AI-driven contact center solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Contact Center AI solutions using GCP services.
• Integrate AI virtual agents and NLP tools into customer service workflows.
• Monitor and optimize AI performance to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Scale cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability for AI applications.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for deploying models and updates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, specifically Dialogflow and Contact Center AI.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Cloud Functions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing AI system performance.
