Description

You will build and maintain integrations for a big data monitoring platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create pre-packaged integrations by defining data collection, processing, transformation, and visualization methods.
• Develop standalone adapters for data processing and extend existing integrations.
• Build full-scale sandbox and demo environments using simulations and real component data.
• Perform advanced production diagnostics on platforms deployed across native, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Administer Linux or UNIX-based operating systems, managing filesystems and application deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform or systems engineering.
• Proficiency with Linux or UNIX administration and OS concepts.
• Experience deploying microservices using Docker, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with big data components such as Kafka, ELK, Timescale, ClickHouse, Spark, or Postgres.
• Experience administering or deploying monitoring and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of scaling and clustering within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud SaaS deployments.
• Strong command of Java, SQL, and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
