Description

Own the administration, maintenance, and stability of the Ataccama ONE platform and DQC components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day platform configuration, server administration (Linux/Windows), and infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex database connections, platform outages, performance degradation, and API integration bottlenecks.
• Perform critical infrastructure tasks including JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and memory management optimization.
• Execute enterprise disaster recovery procedures, including backup management and restore verification.
• Adhere to ITIL operational workflows for incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience with a dedicated focus on Ataccama ONE and Data Quality Center (DQC) administration.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Ataccama ONE architecture and DQC components.
• Proficiency in Linux or Windows server environments, including shell scripting and node management.
• Experience with JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and platform resource optimization.
• Familiarity with enterprise change control environments and ServiceNow ticketing platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional data and middleware teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to containerized setups using Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
• Foundational understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS or Azure).
