Description

You will maintain platform hardware, software, and network requirements while monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. You will manage DevOps tools like Terraform and API Gateways, coordinate with engineering teams for production deployments, and implement automated fulfillment mechanisms. You are responsible for identifying security threats, developing resiliency policies, and managing vendor relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform hardware, software, and network configurations aligned with business standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform stability.
• Manage and configure DevOps tools, including API Gateways and Terraform, to support organizational processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and production teams to update, troubleshoot, and maintain environments for new feature releases.
• Develop security and resiliency policies, conduct technical research, and produce high-level design documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and log management tools such as Nagios, Splunk, and ELK.
• Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
