Description

You will build and manage a scalable, multi-tenant observability platform using open-source technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, APM, and dashboarding systems.
• Partner with service owners to define SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for business-critical systems.
• Build automation frameworks and infrastructure tools for secure, highly available infrastructure.
• Analyze system inefficiencies and performance bottlenecks to ensure infrastructure scalability.
• Advise internal and external partners on technical approaches and implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical role.
• Deep familiarity with configuration and provisioning management platforms.
• Proven experience deploying multi-tenant Zabbix alerting platforms.
• Strong programming capabilities in Python.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based architectures.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Docker, Helm, and Bash.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-tenant observability solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Artifact Management tools like Artifactory or Nexus.
• Hands-on experience managing Gerrit.
• Practical knowledge of on-prem and public cloud architecture design and cost-saving methods.
