You design and build platform components to enable scalable, reliable delivery across product domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and test Kubernetes orchestration in Go.
• Design thoughtfully integrated systems that model organizational best practices.
• Oversee technical debt management and drive elimination opportunities.
• Partner with security to incorporate security-conscious practices early in the lifecycle.
• Lead and collaborate with Kubernetes administrators to deliver features for a multi-tenant cloud-based platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Programming experience in Go and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of data management technologies like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency, and reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AKS.
• Experience working as a platform engineer or collaborating closely with platform engineers.
