Description

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for heavily integrated enterprise infrastructure and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex integrations across Salesforce, Cognos, and Windows environments.
• Collaborate with platform administrators to resolve system issues and escalate to platform-specific personnel.
• Research and implement new solutions for ongoing platform management and troubleshooting.
• Manage support for Azure, .NET, DB2, and mainframe environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting Salesforce (Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds).
• Proficiency with Windows environments.
• Experience with Cognos.
• Knowledge of DB2 and mainframe environments.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with .NET.
• Strong understanding of system integration within highly integrated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
