Description

Manage corporate Active Directory, Windows servers, and Horizon virtual desktop infrastructure while maintaining on-premise VMware environments and deploying resources to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory Domain Controllers, securing and optimizing configurations.
• Manage on-premise hardware workloads on VMware Cloud Foundation, including vSphere, vSAN, and ESXi hosts.
• Develop automation workflows and scripts to enhance capabilities and drive customer self-service.
• Deploy resources across on-premise environments and AWS.
• Collaborate with Platform Administrators and Endpoint Engineers to implement and manage internally hosted VMs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency managing and troubleshooting Windows-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Proven ability to script and code using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware Aria Suite.
• Experience managing virtual desktop environments, specifically VMware/Omnissa Horizon.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
• Experience documenting processes using G-Suite or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in desktop virtualization using NVIDIA vGPU.
