You will treat our Internal Developer Platform as a premier product, directly influencing how every developer builds, deploys, and scales infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the in-house IDP backend and APIs using Go, Postgres, Kafka, and Temporal.io.
• Build and maintain custom Kubernetes operators to enable self-service infrastructure consumption.
• Lead Site Reliability Engineering initiatives by debugging clusters, optimizing cloud costs, and improving security.
• Design and implement reusable GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for deployment standardization.
• Advocate as a DevOps liaison, assisting product teams with migrations and sharing cloud-native best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOps with a focus on developer experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript for building APIs, backend services, or CLI tools.
• Expertise in Kubernetes architecture and managing production-grade clusters.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows using GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with observability tools such as DataDog or Prometheus.
