Description

You will build and maintain value-add services that integrate with the existing DevOps stack, owning the CI/CD pipeline lifecycle. You will coach application teams on leveraging these offerings and champion developer experience to ensure smooth adoption. Your work involves evaluating new tools, running POCs, and evolving DevOps services to support application teams beyond their current state.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services integrating with the DevOps stack.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and scripting languages.
• Coach application teams on DevOps offerings and best practices.
• Participate in new tool adoption and POC processes to provide recommendations.
• Evaluate and evolve DevOps services to better support application teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of development experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C, or C++.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or UrbanCode Deploy.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, TypeScript, or Groovy.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes containerization.
• Understanding of application and system design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive ownership of technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana.
• Experience building or supporting distributed applications.
