You will design, develop, and support the AI Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the AI Platform, encompassing AI models, applications, network, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio issues, administering the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support day-to-day operations of Robotic Process Automation BOTs in production.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the RPA and AI environment, liaising with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues outside of standard working hours, participating in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform, focused on Power Automate and Copilot Studio configuration and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and GCP, relevant to AI and automation.
• Ability to read, modify, and enhance code in Python, VB.net, or C# for integration and diagnosis.
• Demonstrable knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases, including query creation and log interpretation.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and interpreting process diagrams.
• General understanding of IT security concepts related to production environments.
