Description

You will manage and maintain platform resources across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, application servers, hardware, and databases.
• Lead technical projects including software rollouts, system upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Conduct root cause analysis, capacity planning, and system hardening to improve performance.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for production emergencies and document resolutions in the ITSM ticketing system.
• Monitor activity and analyze system statistics to resolve errors and alarms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in platform or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of API Management tools such as Apigee.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, SMTP, and DHCP.
• Extensive experience with Active Directory administration.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows or Linux environments.
