Description

You will build and maintain infrastructure solutions to support large-scale operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform uptime, performance, stability, and scalability.
• Design and guide system architecture and design decisions across teams.
• Provision, configure, maintain, backup, and monitor on-site and cloud server resources.
• Define and implement deployment strategies for internal and client-facing systems.
• Develop and maintain public APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software or systems development.
• Strong background in Linux administration.
• Experience administering systems at production scale.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Elixir, or Go.
• Strong experience with cloud providers like AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with automation/configuration software (Puppet, Ansible) or orchestration software (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MTS/UPF systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elixir or Go.
