Description

Provide technical and cloud engineering support for Collaboration Platform applications including Writer, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud/Firefly.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions across the stack.
• Support onboarding processes for third-party software, leveraging desktop support background.
• Manage application deployment and lifecycle in AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of web development technologies.
• Robust experience creating, deploying, and managing applications in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, IAM, CloudTrail, and Lambda.
• Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, specifically Bitbucket Pipeline.
• Experience designing and developing Java or Python applications with a focus on performance and security.
• Familiarity with OKTA and SSO implementations.
