You will build and evolve the core platform capabilities of distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate reliable, scalable systems in distributed environments.
• Build distributed platform services and internal APIs.
• Develop automation frameworks, internal developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability mechanisms for distributed systems.
• Write high-quality production code and own built components end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background as a software engineering generalist and system builder.
• Hands-on experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Experience operating production systems in distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Azure strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Understanding of distributed system concepts like latency and partial failure.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
