Overview:

Engineering-focused role to build internal tools and platforms that enable scalable, automated governance for GenAI across enterprise architecture teams. Works closely with stakeholders to embed governance into workflows, replacing manual reviews with adaptive, risk-aware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop governance tooling (intake, ADRs, risk assessment, audit readiness)
• Embed guardrails and automation into workflows and self-service platforms
• Support architecture teams with forward-deployed, hands-on collaboration
• Continuously evolve governance models based on AI advancements and risks

Skills Required:

• Python or Node.js (TypeScript), REST APIs, async workflows
• Build internal tools, scripts, dashboards
• Data integration (structured & unstructured sources)
• Strong coding practices, security, observability
• Practical use of LLMs (classification, summarization, insights)

Knowledge Areas:

• Architecture governance, ADRs, standards
• Risk domains (security, data, compliance, operations)
• Adaptive governance based on scale, risk, and use-case maturity
