Description

Build internal governance tools and platforms that automate risk assessment and security for GenAI systems across enterprise architecture teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance tooling for intake, architecture decision records (ADRs), risk assessment, and audit readiness.
• Embed guardrails and automation into workflows and self-service platforms to replace manual reviews.
• Support architecture teams with forward-deployed, hands-on collaboration to scale governance practices.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards using Python or Node.js (TypeScript) and REST APIs.
• Evolving governance models based on AI advancements, integrating LLMs for classification and insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Experience building REST APIs and managing async workflows.
• Practical application of LLMs for classification, summarization, and generating insights.
• Ability to integrate structured and unstructured data sources into internal tools.
• Understanding of architecture governance, ADRs, and risk domains (security, data, compliance).
• Strong coding practices focused on security and observability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience embedding governance into self-service platforms for enterprise architecture teams.
• Familiarity with adaptive governance models based on scale and use-case maturity.
