Description

You will architect and build scalable, distributed systems for enterprise deployment, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform components supporting Generative AI and LLM solutions.
• Build high-quality, secure, and resilient software focusing on performance.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, scaling, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Lead or hands-on Software Engineering Manager.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale production platforms.
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically LLMs.
• Proficiency in Go or Java.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Background in enterprise security compliance.
