You build and maintain core engineering platforms and tooling to improve developer productivity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tools to streamline testing cycles and enhance developer efficiency.
• Build solutions for automating environment setup and verification across multiple development environments.
• Develop data reconciliation and analytical reporting tools to validate system outputs.
• Create frameworks for test portfolio generation to support testing processes.
• Maintain platform reliability, performance, and scalability while contributing to system design discussions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and platform development.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in automation of environment setup and verification.
• Experience building internal engineering tools or testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Demonstrated ability in system design and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise testing platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
